Mission Statement:
Simply Hockey at F.I.T.X is a hockey specific training program designed to give players the athletic edge needed to compete on the ice. With precise and detailed workouts dedicated to hockey related muscle groups, athletes will soon see a difference in their on-ice performance. Players will acquire knowledge of how to properly gain strength, flexibility, and muscle development needed to complete their game. Through our speed and agility training the players will also achieve power, dexterity, and quickness which is essential to compete at higher levels of play.
